Not sure what your next step looks like?
Pathways is a free programme for young people aged 15–24 who are ready to build confidence, develop new skills, and explore what comes next, whether that’s employment, education, training, or something else.
You don’t need to have your future mapped out. If you’re looking for support, direction, and opportunities to grow, we’re here to help.
You already have strengths. Pathways helps you build on them through practical experiences, supportive coaching, and real-world opportunities.

- Connect with employers, industries and training providers
- Gain practical experience through projects and activities
- Work alongside other young people who are also working towards their goals
What to expect
