Our team of employment navigators are here not just to help you find a job, but to help you find the job you want.
We work with young people aged 15-24, using a holistic, wrap-around service. Together, we’ll build your skills and confidence, figure out what kind of work or training excites you, and create a clear plan to get there.
Along the way, we’ll help with the practical stuff too – like writing CVs and cover letters, practicing for interviews, and gaining the certifications that make a difference (think barista training, heavy lifting, or first aid). We can also support you to get your driver licence, opening more doors for your future.
Our Business Opportunities Broker works directly with local employers and training providers to connect you with real opportunities. And once you’re in work or training, our support doesn’t stop, we’ll keep walking alongside you for up to a year, backing you through the ups and downs, and celebrating your successes.
