Te Tahi Youth = Life + Wellbeing support

Our name has changed; we haven’t.

Here for young people since 1995. First as 198 Youth Health Centre, then 298 and now Te Tahi Youth. Same people. Same service. Just a new name.

We have been working with young people for many years. So don’t worry if you don’t know what to do - we know how to help.

Te Tahi Youth. Everything you need, all in one place.

How we can help?

Te Tahi Youth is a ‘one-stop shop’ for medical, sexual and mental health services, as well as mentoring and employment support to help you find your way through life. And it’s all free.

It’s our mission to help Ōtautahi rangatahi be the best version of themselves. Every day we come to work to be your allies, supporters and champions.

Our team is filled with friendly accepting people who are trained and experienced in helping young people. Most importantly, they really care about you.

Ask us anything. We’re here to help.

Would you like to support our mahi?

Our mission is to help Ōtautahi rangatahi be the best version of themselves. But we can’t do it on our own.

Your support means that when Ōtautahi rangatahi need us, we can be here. Your support means we can continue to offer our comprehensive services to young people – for free.

Support us today. Invest in stronger young people and a stronger future.
