We all have to look after our mental health. It’s part of who we are. And it’s a huge part of what we do.

Our team are experts in supporting young people with their mental health – whether it’s part of your visit, or the reason you’ve come to see us in the first place.

Our doctors, nurses, counsellors and youth workers are trained in all aspects of mental wellbeing, and if you need more specialist services, we’re with you on that journey too.

We know being a young person can be tough. At Te Tahi Youth, you are respected, valued and welcomed. You are not alone.

To access our mental health services you need to be registered with us first. To find out how to do that, head here
