We know your health isn’t a 9 to 5 gig. It’s 24/7.

We are open Monday to Friday from 9 am to 5 pm. But sometimes life happens after hours.

That’s why there are some awesome health services that are there for you around the clock.

For a medical emergency call 111 or go to the Emergency Department at Christchurch Hospital.

To see a nurse or doctor, visit Moorhouse Medical on Pilgrim Place. They are open every day, but not overnight. Check their opening hours here. Or head to the 24-hour surgery at 401 Madras Street, near Bealey Ave. There is a cost for these services.

For mental health support call Crisis Resolution for free on 0800 920 092.

If you need someone to talk to, call Youthline for free on 0800 37 666 33 or free text 234. You can also free call or free text 1737 to speak with a counsellor or peer support worker.

Or for medical advice over the phone? Call Healthline any time of the day or night for free on 0800 611 166.
