Employment support

Let us help you take charge of your life, so you feel confident about your future.

Our team of dedicated youth employment navigators are here not just to help you find a job, but to find the job you want.

Our youth employment navigators work with young people from 15 to 24 years of age using a holistic, wrap-around service. We can help you build your skills and confidence, and identify what it is you want to do – and then we’ll help you create a plan to achieve it.

Our Business Opportunities Broker is a match-making genius. They work with businesses and training providers to create opportunities to connect our young people with potential employers.

Whatever your employment goals or aspirations, we will then walk alongside you as you're supported into training or employment. We’ll be there for the good days and the bad, support your dreams and celebrate your success.

Our support doesn’t just end when you land the job – when you’re settled into training or employment we will continue supporting you for up to a year.

Take charge of your life and your future. We’re here to help.

To access our employment programme you need to be aged 15 to 24 years and not currently in employment, education, or training. You can refer yourself or someone else to the programme using the form here.
